What is the return policy for Fells Point Surf Co?

Fells Point Surf Co offers a return policy that extends 15 days from the date of purchase in our stores and 15 days from the date the item was received from our online store. With an original receipt, customers will receive store credit or a refund on returnable items. Sorry we can’t refund shipping. Returned items must be unworn and have the original tags and packaging intact. Sunglasses, girl’s bathing suits, skateboards, surfboards and sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

All Items with a gift slip may be exchanged or receive store credit up to 15 days from the date on the slip.

We will accept returns or exchanges on items bought from the day after Thanksgiving through December 24th until January 10th.

How do I return merchandise that I bought from fpsurfco.com?

To return items bought from our online store simply send an email to customerservice@fpsurfco.com with the item#, item description and the reason for the return. We will then supply you with a return authorization number that you will put on the return form that came in the original box with the invoice. Please make sure all original manufacturers tags are intact and repackaged the way you received it. We are not responsible for the return shipping so for your protection use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return. You may not send it back COD. Once all information and merchandise is received we will credit you back on the same credit card that you used for the purchase. If a gift card was used we will issue you a new one.

What happens if I receive the wrong item or it is damaged?

We hope to not make this mistake often, but if you receive the wrong item or it is damaged please send us an email at customerservice@fpsurfco.com and we will get it fixed for you. If you prefer you can also reach us in our Fells Point location at 410-276-7873.
